ILLEGAL SELLING OF SUBDIVISION LOTS WITHOUT DEVELOPMENT PERMIT AND LICENCE TO SELL IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED UNDER PRESIDENTIAL DEGREE NO. 957, BATAS PAMBANSA NO. 220 AND THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF LGU POLOMOLOK.
