Jutar has a 10-point program that supports his advocacies on agriculture, livelihood, tourism, infrastructure development, peace, order, and public safety, education, health, solid waste management, disaster risk reduction, and good governance. This 10-point program is committed to develop a self-sufficient and optimized economic production system.

Hon. Bansuelo-Carlos is an advocate of physical, mental, and social well-being for all constituents. She supports women’s welfare, including solo parenting, mother and infant mortality, and issues on communicable and uncommunicable diseases.

As advocate of women and gender equality, family and children`s welfare and a believer that Education is one of the most important tool in securing a power future.
