Moderna 2nd Dose Who Got Their First Dose Before January 14, 2022

Please be informed that MODERNA vaccines will be available this week for individuals due for 2nd dose who got their 1st dose on or before January 14, 2022 (specifically November and December 2021 1st dose vaccinees from Polomolok).

Vaccination sites include:
Cannery Gym – February 11, 2022, Friday
Poblacion Gym – February 11, 2022, Friday
