ANO ANG RSBSA?
- Ang pagpaparehistro sa RSBSA ay boluntaryo. Ang datos/impormasyong makakalap sa RSBSA ay magiging batayan ng mga programang mamamahagi ng mga tulong pang-agrikultura ng iba't ibang ahensiya ng pamahalaan, partikular na ang Department of Agriculture (DA).
ANONG AHENSIYA NG PAMAHALAAN ANG DAPAT KONG LAPITAN TUNGKOL SA RSBSA?
- Ang ahensiya o opisina na may alam tungkol sa RSBSA ay ang Office of the Municipal Agriculturist (OMAg) of Polomolok. Maaari ding magtanong sa mga opisina ng Department of Agriculture (DA).
SINO ANG MAAARING MAGPAREGISTER SA RSBSA?
- Kung ikaw ay Filipino Citizen, hindi bababa sa 18 taong gulang, at kung ikaw ay farmer o farm laborer/worker o fisherfolk o agri-youth, ay maaari kang magparehistro sa RSBSA.
ANO ANG REQUIREMENTS PARA MAKAPAGPAENROLL SA RSBSA?
- Accomplished RSBSA Form;
- Photocopy (xerox) ng anuman sa mga valid government ID's;
- 2 pcs. 2x2 ID picture
- Katunayan ng pagmamay-ari ng sakahan para sa mga farm owners, o katunayan ng tenancy para sa mga tenants, o katunayan ng kasunduan para sa mga lessee.

- Certificate of Land Transfer
- Emancipation Patent
- Individual Certificate of Land Ownership Award (CLOA)
- Collective CLOA
- Co-ownership CLOA

- Homestead Patent
- Free Patent
- Certificate of Title or Regular Title
- Certificate of Ancestral Domain Title
- Certificate of Ancestral Land Title
- Tax Declaration
- Others (e.g. Barangay Certification)
