Polomolok

The Local Government Unit of Polomolok has conducted their 2nd Quarter meeting of the Municipal Peace and Order Council today, presided over by our Municipal Mayor Bernie D. Palencia and Vice-Mayor Melchor Jutar.

The Municipal Peace and Order Council (MPOC) is a council that is responsible for maintenance and tasked with formulating plans and programs to promote peace and order in the municipality of Polomolok.

The agenda of the said meeting was the presentation of Reports, Accomplishments, Trainings, and seminars, which were presented by our men in uniform, namely PLTCOL. Joseph P. Forro lll as the Chief of Police of Polomolok Municipal Police Station; TSG John Michael Cunanan from 10th SF Company; J/INSP Rogelio D. Lalas Jr. as one of the Jail Wardens of BJMP; F/INSP Lindon Narvaza as the Fire Marshall Officer of BFP; and Mr. Anwar Paidumama as the Election Officer of COMELEC, in relation to their goal to mitigate crimes and maintain peace and order in our municipality, as well as the data relative to anti-drug abuse, safety, medical, and rescue services. Other matters were also tackled by Dr. Chariz May Abalos, MD, and Ms. Carlie V. Garcia, RSW.

These are just one of the steps for them to be prepared, updated and well equipped in any circumstances that the people of Polomolok may experience in the future.
